This letter from Congressman Crane is dated July 26, 1999.  In it, Congressman Crane appears to be against any flight increase at O'Hare because of the noise and safety problems. O'Hare already has 2,460 flights per day already. He believes that we should send the new planes elsewhere. He is voted against HR 1000 for these and other reasons.
